A: The performance will last 1 hour and 10 minutes, with no intermission.

A: Yes, seating is assigned. Upon arrival, an usher will escort your school/class to your designated seats.
Q: Will we receive tickets prior to arrival?
A: No, you will not receive digital or paper tickets. You will get a confirmation email before the performance, confirming the total number of attendees, including teachers, bus drivers, and chaperones.
Q: Do teachers and bus drivers need to pay an admission fee?
A: Yes, everyone attending the performance must pay an admission fee to ensure adequate seating for all.
Q: Is there special seating for those with disabilities?
A: Yes, we offer handicap seating. The online registration form will ask for the number of people needing assistance or special considerations.
Q: Is there a suitable area to have lunch with our students?
A: Yes, we recommend the Village Park in Kannapolis.
Q: How early should we arrive?
A: Please plan to arrive between 35 and 45 minutes before your assigned performance time.
Q: Will we be able to depart immediately following the performance?
A: Buses will be dismissed once all students have boarded. This is a security measure to protect students in the parking area.
